At the moment I am also engaging with members of the public. The following are valid answers to your inquisitive questions:

• What is Pro.LCo? Just to recap, Pro.LCo is an abbreviation for Professional Life Coaching.

• Who are you targeting as your main audience? I am targeting adults seeking self help or have an interest on it. I am inclusive in Pro.LCo. I maybe able to coach you including if you may have an underlying mental health issue. 

• Why not commence with your niche of interest than Pro.LCo? I am pleased to have followed advice by coaching experts to gain an outlook of several coaching niches towards strong foundations. There is NO cutting corners in pure life coaching that will result in niche applications according to an individual's skills and talents. I for one was completely new to Pro.LCo despite the recent enrolment. The challenge is that one has to dedicate time to understand new concepts and theories. 

• Why don't you simply coach your own family and family friends? Coaching anybody you know does not do any real justice in becoming a 1st class, life coach. Your known contacts are too kind or maybe even the opposite end of the spectrum.  

• Why part time hours for Pro.LCo's? This is because I need to fit in my behind the scences' studying, CPD and other responsibilities. Smart and hard work means dividing one's precious time. 

• Would you call Pro.LCo a profession? Indeed it is a growing service! Anything legitimate, informative and beneficial to society is a profession. Similarly, Why are tourist officials a profession? The family tourist expects a decent guide abroad. There are a few so called representatives that scam tourists or promote vices abroad and are NOT professions. Pro.LCo follows the ethics and long term, beneficial life changing impacts so it is a legitimate profession.

• What if I need to cancel my session? Please inform me as soon as possible regarding cancellation. I will then be able to use your booking slot on another available coachee. 

• Can I postpone my session? YES but only once in a month because I cannot allow it to become a regular occurence. Also there are other coachees waiting their turn. 

• Can I provide testimonials? YES but I would be very pleased if you can provide me with one as this will support my training very well. I do request three coaching sessions per coachee. 

• Why are you not charging at least a small fee for your services? It would be totally discouraged by The Coaching Academy including Association for Coaching UK until I have more subject theoritical knowledge. I am still early into my intensive diploma course. Approximately more than mid way through this, I do plan on charging a fair fee for my services when authorised to do so. 

• Why don't you take things very seriously like any 'normal' person? Yes, it is nice to hear critics going beyond tangible black hat thinking (De Bono PhD). Who says you have to be very serious all the time?   

• On Google search, Atul Nayak PhD, I notice some results show 'Coach and Consultant'. Why? This is indeed incorrect. Please ignore this as I am attempting to get this amended asap. 

• How can Pro.LCo help me? I can closely assist you by making you more ambitious, empowered, smart working, future focused and mentally tougher. Remember that I cannot just give you all the right answers! Hence pure life coaching is non directive in practice.

• Does Pro.LCo mean the university of life? No! This is because life coaching and it's niches are proven and provide real results. The university of life means that any layperson relies on luck in feeling the results.  

• Why did you transition into becoming a Pro.LCo? Supposing you have done your very best in good faith and your very best appears to be 'lacking' according to your employer's expectations. You could be talented but not highly skilled in a few areas according to their opinion. Hence there is everything right about transitioning to a new profession that has stronger demand or greater job security!

• Why did you choose The Coaching Academy UK? They are one of the best for first class coach training. I did my own research and I found the course content and fit suitable to my liking.

• When did you enrol with The Coaching Academy UK? I joined in July 2024.
